the wet hair trend

Trendy hairstyles in 2012: the wet hair look

This is no "breaking news" but lately, I've been thinking about the wet hair trend. Summer is usually the season when I like to have fun with my hair so I'm exploring a million ideas. Wet hair obviously came to my mind. Yet, I'm not convinced by this new "hairstyle". They can have a real effect on the runaway (I first really noticed the trend at the BCBG Max Azria SS12 show) but I'm not quite sure it would look as good in real life. A very elegant woman with a "i don't care" attitude could maybe pull it off, but I'm sure I would still think that the woman looks neglected. No one can deny that this hairstyle makes you look like you have greasy hair and no one wants that (even if you're some kind of rebel or hippie, you freaking should shower!!). This is just my opinion. I'm still thinking a lot about this trend. I would love to know what YOU guys think about it. Love it or leave it?
